We are raising funds to go to the USA. We are going for medical and music. Chanelle is seeing an incredible specialist in the ALK + Oncology field, Dr Jessica Lin, at Mass General, Boston, Massachusetts. Her appointment is supported by the incredible ‘Second Opinion Program’ set up by the USA ALK+ patient group. We will be covering the costs of travel and accomodation. Now, this is some incredibly exciting and profoundly boss level shit. Dr Lin is one of the top specialists in this particular rare genetic cancer, and her team are at the forefront of the next line of treatment, developing vaccines that target resistant cancer cells. Long term this could mean patients like Chanelle could stay on her meds even longer. By attending this appointment, Chanelle also contributes important recon for the Australian teams, even by simply creating the necessary communication between her Oncologist here and the team there. Further, leading by example helps our doctors write and demonstrate new protocols, being able to apply them to other patients here in Aus.

Farewell Tour Live At Archival LA. As we travel back from Boston, we would be remiss if we didn’t stop in at the music centre of the world, Los Angeles. A hell hole of dystopian promis and wild cash and dreams. We will be recording for 3 days at SOUND 64 with the brilliant Ollie Brown, Producer, Songwriter, friend, shining light of a human. These studio recording will be the foundation of a new LP, hopefully, and give us some pro sounding singles to sling to our local radio stations. After recording, we are meeting up with Collin Jones in his beautiful space Archival LA to present Farewell Tour to a live audience, and with luck, make an awesome film clip.
